Shipping, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

EU CUSTOMS & TAX'S :  Orders €135 or Less will not be subject to duties & customs fees.

USA CUSTOMS & TAX'S : Shipping includes customs & taxs.

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. We offer a few options at different price points, depending on the delivery location.

Please allow up to 5 working days for our team to process, pack, and ship your order. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Once packages have been handed to shipping providers, HCW is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees.

 

USA SHIPPING

Orders shipped to the USA will be shipped with our USA warehouse partners. During non-holidays please allow 5 - 10 working days to receive your tracking number.

All Duties & Customs are covered with the shipping price, meaning you will not receive any additional surprise costs.

* We currently do not accept returns from the USA due to tariff regulations.
All USA sales are final.

All USA orders are shipped with USPS.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you notice that you’ve made a mistake on your order, please email us ASAP and our team will do their best to help you out. This includes changes to the order name, order address, sizes, etc.

Unfortunately, once your order has been packed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to it.

 

UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is undeliverable or unclaimed it should automatically return to us. This process unfortunately is out of our control and we have no way of knowing how long it may take to return to us.

Once it is returned, we will refund you for your order, minus any charges we may receive for the shipping back to us.

We are not able to re-ship the package to you, so if you still want the items, you can go ahead and place a new order.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unwanted items back to us for store credit equivalent to the value of your items. Items eligible for a return must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

If you’ve been shipped the wrong item, wrong size, or if your item is damaged upon arrival, our team may refund your money in full.

If you’d like to return an item for a size exchange, we are unable to do that for you. However, feel free to re-purchase the item with the store credit you’ve been given.

For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information and proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*Please note: personal products such as socks, boxers, beanies, etc. are not eligible for returns.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at help@heavencanwait.store. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for your item.
